1. What is genil.market?

genil.market is a platform for sales, visibility, and promotion of small businesses in Puente Genil.

2. Do I need to register to be able to purchase?

You can make purchases without registering, but having an account on genil.market offers many advantages. You'll have a private section where you can track your orders, add products to your favorites, view your order history, and much more. When you make your first purchase, the platform will automatically offer you the option to create an account.

3. How can I search for products?

Searching for products on genil.market is very simple. You can search by category in the top menu or use our search engine.

If you want to search for products from a specific store, just select that store from the general list, and you'll find all of its available products.

4. How can I add a product to my cart?

Adding products to your cart is very simple. The "Add to Cart" option is available on each product listing. If the product has variations (size, color, etc.), you must select the desired variant and the quantity.

5. How do I complete my purchase?

At the top right of the screen, you'll see the "My Cart" icon, where you can view the items you've added. Once you have all the products you want to purchase in your cart, click the "Checkout" button to begin the purchase process. If this is your first purchase or you don't have an account, you'll need to fill out all the fields on the form, including shipping and billing information.

If you already have an account, simply log in using the email address you used to register and your password, then complete the requested information.

6. How do I specify the details of a custom product?

Some stores on genil.market sell customized products. During checkout, you'll find a field called "Order Notes." In this box, specify the details of your product.

7. What are the shipping options?

Products purchased through genil.market can be picked up in-store or delivered to your home. During the order process, you can choose either to pick up your order in-store or have it delivered to your home. Multi-temperature lockers will soon be available in Puente Genil.

8. Is it safe to buy from genil.market?

Purchasing from genil.market is completely secure. Payments are made through a fully secure payment gateway. The site also uses HTTPS protocol (SSL certificate), ensuring the secure and encrypted transfer of personal data.

9. What forms of payment are accepted?

You can pay for your purchases on genil.market with a debit or credit card, including Visa and MasterCard.

10. How can I request a refund?

You can request a return for any item you're not satisfied with within 14 days from the delivery date. All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, with original packaging and tags still attached.

When making a return, please note:

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that have been altered or used. Returns are only accepted for items in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made items will not be accepted for return.

11. What is the cost of the return?

Returns made via courier will have a shipping charge of €3. This amount will be deducted from the refund issued by each merchant from whom you request a return.

12. How do I proceed with a refund?

The return process is simple. If you wish to return a product purchased on our platform, go to your order summary in your private area. Find the order you wish to return and click the "Refund" option. On the new page that opens, select the refund option that best suits your needs (full or partial).

For a partial refund, you must select which product and how many units you wish to return.

If you made the purchase as a guest user, log in by entering the email address used for the purchase and click "Forgot your password?" to add a password and process the return from your order area.

If you picked up your order in-store, you must return it in the same way, within a maximum of 5 business days from when you notified us of your decision to withdraw, using the corresponding form.

For home deliveries, you can return the product directly to the store or have it picked up by courier to the store address. You can also process the return using the "Refund" option in the corresponding order.

13. Who bears the cost of the return?

Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the buyer.

14. When will the refund be issued?

Once the store has verified that the product is in perfect condition and accepts the return, we will process the refund within a maximum of 7 business days.

15. Where can I make the purchase?

Deliveries are made to the Autonomous Community of Andalusia and the rest of mainland Spain (except the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), as well as the border area with France up to Hendaye.

16. How can I know the status of my order?

In the buyer's account panel, you can view the status of your order. You can also see the estimated time for the order to be available or delivered.
